My husband and I had a strong understanding of what we wanted out of the day, and she was able to provide guidance on making it happen. We never were pressured to add things we weren’t interested in, and she was truly the best cheerleader and coach throughout the whole process.   • We worked with Beyond I Do and Luz for our summer 2025 wedding. Luz did an absolutely stellar job at every step in the process. Luz was extremely organized from the beginning. 6 months out she walked us through timelines for planning, provided checklists, and ensured we were staying on track to secure vendors. A few months out we began to meet to finalize the details for the day of the event which helped to relieve a lot of stress leading up to the day as we has no lingering or last minute questions / concerns. One aspect that few really appreciated was that as the wedding day got closer she began to manage all communication with our vendors. She ensured that all vendors had exactly what they needed and knew where to be and when. On the wedding day itself Luz and her team did an exceptional job. They seamlessly navigated the needs and movement of all vendors, guests, and the multiple parts of the wedding day. We did not think about a single procedural thing during our wedding day because Luz had it all handled! Many of our guests even commented on how lovely and organized Luz and her team were. We are confident in saying that Luz was an invaluable part of our wedding and we would make the decision to work with her over and over again!

She is incredibly organized and asks all the right questions to make sure nothing gets overlooked. The Aisle Planner software she uses is such a helpful tool—it kept us on track and completely aligned about what needed to get done.   • I worked with Luz for several months leading up to my wedding. From the moment I met Luz during our initial consultation, I knew she was professional, reliable, and a sweetheart! Once Luz was officially on board, she took over the full planning and introduced us to her planning platform which was such an excellent tool during our planning process. This platform was the hub for all things wedding and helped me immensely to keep track of everything related to the wedding from vendors, guests, rsvps, meals, budget, seating charts, timelines, payments, due dates, design, you name it. I don't think there was a day where I did not long on to the platform during the planning process and it provided us with such piece of mind that everything was kept track of. Luz maintained great communication with us, and I always felt like she had everything under control which led to minimal stress. I can say I truly enjoyed the last months of my engagement because of Luz. Her attention to detail is also impeccable. She is a critical thinker and always asked the right questions which I think is the key and heart of planning. Luz always gathered all information needed so that we could make informed decisions. She always went the extra mile with making sure our questions were answered and there were no doubts about anything. Luz was such a pleasure to work with and we owe the best wedding day to her planning services. Every little detail was thought out and taken care of. Luz’s amazing attention to detail, impeccable organization, well-thought-out planning, consideration, care, and heart all shine and show from the minute you meet with her. As a first time bride I truly felt as probably all brides do; stressed and unsure of where to even begin in this chaotic process. Luz led me and my husband with confidence the entire way through: from the beginning stages of event creation, to organizing and fixing any hiccups in vendor coordinating, making sure things ran on schedule and were mapped out so the event flow was perfect, to the very last clean-up moments of our wedding night. She and her team were beyond impressive and if anything went wrong we wouldn’t have even known (but knowing Luz, nothing went wrong!). She makes sure your vision for your day is elegantly and excellently executed - what you see, she sees too. We can’t thank her enough for not only getting the job done but for the love she put into it, all while keeping a smile and making sure this stressed-out bride and groom had the night of their lives - and we sure did.   • We LOVE Luz! We got married last week and booked Luz for month of coordination in February. She is an excellent communicator, and all of our vendors were praising her for being organized and keeping everyone in the loop of any last minute changes. Our venue gave us day of coordination, and we originally were not going to get a planner, but we are SO glad we did. It was Luz’s first time doing a wedding at our Venue but she visited the venue, with us and by herself, to get the layout and the flow down. The day of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Luz ran everything! We honestly did not interact with our venue coordinator and by that point we trusted Luz 100% and we let her take care of everything. Our wedding was so much fun, and we were able to fully enjoy our wedding-which was our goal from the start. Honestly, it felt more than month of coordination! We would give Beyond I Do’s a million stars if we could, you will be in great hands!
