The heart behind Beyond I Do’s

Raised in the North Bay, I spent a few years in Berkeley during college before finding my way back home after getting married. Today, I’m grateful to call the Bay Area home, where I get to do work I love: helping couples bring together the people, details, and moments that make their wedding uniquely theirs.

For me, wedding planning has always been about more than a beautiful celebration. It’s about the people at the center of it all. I love getting to know my couples, hearing the stories behind their choices, and understanding the little things that matter most to them. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching years or months of thoughtful decisions come together and seeing a couple experience a day that feels true to who they are.

Outside of weddings, I’m a mom to a lovely little girl, and some of my favorite moments are the simplest ones: spending slow evenings on family walks, discovering our next favorite dish, and dreaming up our next family adventure.

I believe the best relationships are built on genuine connection, trust, and care. It’s the same philosophy I bring to every wedding I plan, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be welcomed into such a meaningful chapter of my couples’ lives.

OUR APPROACH

PERSONAL PLANNING, FROM BEGINNING TO END

At Beyond I Do’s, I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year. This allows me to give each couple the time, attention, and thoughtful guidance they deserve, rather than spreading myself across more events than I can personally serve well.

When we work together, you work directly with me throughout the entire process. From our first conversations to the final moments of your wedding day, I remain your primary point of contact. You won’t be passed from one planner to another or have to repeatedly explain your vision to someone new. I get to know you, your priorities, and the experience you want to create—and I carry that understanding into every decision along the way.

Our process begins with listening. I want to understand what matters most to you, what you’re excited about, and where you would appreciate guidance. From there, I help bring structure to the moving pieces, offer thoughtful recommendations, and keep the details connected to the bigger picture. My role is not to make your wedding fit a formula, but to help you make informed decisions and create a celebration that feels personal to you.

The goal is for you to feel supported and confident throughout the planning process, knowing that someone who understands your vision is looking after the details. When your wedding day arrives, you can spend less time managing logistics and more time enjoying the people and moments you’ve been looking forward to.

A personal approach is at the heart of what I do. My couples aren’t simply another date on the calendar; they are people who have trusted me with a meaningful milestone. I take that responsibility seriously, and I want the care, preparation, and attention I bring to your wedding to be something you feel at every stage of our time together.

TIERED GUIDE

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

STARTING AT $4,000

PRE-HANDOFF

  • Client Portal Access: Private access to tools and resources inside our online wedding planning platform.

  • Monthly Planning Checklist: A detailed checklist to help you stay organized and on track.

  • Vendor Recommendations: Access to our preferred vendor list, along with personalized recommendations as needed.

  • Onboarding Meeting: A dedicated planning meeting to get you started on the right foot.

  • Venue Site Visit: An on-site visit to review the venue layout and logistics.

TWO-MONTH HANDOFF

This phase focuses on finalizing and implementing your existing plans.

  • Contract Review: Review and analysis of vendor contracts.

  • Vendor Communication: I will become the primary point of contact for your vendor team, confirming delivery dates and times, arrival times, rental items, and other details needed for a smooth wedding day.

  • Custom Wedding Timeline: Creation of a detailed timeline shared with your venue and vendor team.

  • Decor Plan: A plan outlining how your decor items should be handled and placed on the wedding day.

  • Ongoing Communication: Unlimited email communication and scheduled calls.

  • Final Details Meeting: A meeting to review and wrap up the remaining plans.

  • Distribution of Final Details: Sharing the wedding timeline, guest and meal counts, layouts, floor plans, and other final details with the venue, catering manager, and vendor team.

  • Wedding Day Walkthrough: A meeting to walk through the wedding day schedule and sequence of events.

CEREMONY REHEARSAL COORDINATION

  • Ceremony Rehearsal: On-site coordination to guide the rehearsal alongside your officiant and help ensure the wedding party feels prepared for the big day.

  • Collection of Personal Items: Collection of designated items, such as the guest book, place cards, and cake-cutting set, as well as vendor tips for the wedding day.

WEDDING DAY

  • Planning Team: Myself and one assistant coordinator on-site for up to 10 hours.

  • Personal Decor Setup: Setup of personal decor items, such as the guest book, signage, programs, escort cards, and table numbers.

  • Vendor Load-In, Setup & Teardown: Oversight of vendor arrivals, load-in, setup, and teardown.

  • Timeline Management: Oversight of the wedding day timeline and schedule.

  • End-of-Event Arrangements: Coordination of arrangements for personal decor items at the end of the event.

  • Wedding Party & Family Assistance: Assistance with questions, concerns, and day-of logistics.

  • Guest Assistance: Direction for guests and answers to their questions throughout the event.

  • Wedding Day Essentials Kit: A wedding day emergency kit available for the bride and wedding party as needed.

PARTIAL PLANNING

STARTING AT $7,800

PRE-HANDOFF

Everything inside our Wedding Management Package PLUS

  • Wedding Design: Development of your event decor concept, design elements, and floor plans. Includes one in-person design meeting at your venue and one at a rental company of your choice, along with a design presentation to help communicate and visualize your overall vision.

  • Design Vendor Booking Assistance and Contract Review: Assistance booking key vendors who contribute to your wedding aesthetic, including rentals, specialty rentals, linens, florals, and invitations. Review and analysis of design vendor contracts.

  • Monthly Planning Check-Ins: Transition to monthly calls to discuss your to-do list, review progress, and determine next steps.

THREE-MONTH HANDOFF

This phase begins one month earlier than it does in our Wedding Management package and focusses on finalizing and implementing your existing plans.

CEREMONY REHEARSAL COORDINATION AND WEDDING DAY EXECUTION

FULL PLANNING

STARTING AT $11,200

PLANNING, ORGANIZATION, AND DESIGN

  • Ongoing Email Communication from the Start: Unlimited email communication, with me serving as your primary point of contact throughout the planning process, beginning up to two years before your wedding date.

  • Onboarding Meeting: A dedicated meeting to get to know your vision, discuss your priorities, and establish a shared direction for the planning process.

  • Preliminary Budget Breakdown: An initial budget breakdown outlining ideal and current or realistic investments for your venue and vendors, along with assistance tracking deposits, payments, and due dates to help you stay on track.

  • Vendor Sourcing & Contracts: Sourcing and connecting you with all professional vendors for your wedding, such as your caterer, photographer, and DJ or band. Includes obtaining estimates and proposals and assisting with negotiations as needed.

  • Wedding Design with Minor Post-Design Updates: The option to request small design updates, such as rental substitutions, color adjustments, or stationery refinements.

  • Monthly Planning Check-Ins: Monthly calls to discuss to-do lists and progress, with ongoing support between calls.

  • Vendor Meetings: Two meetings with each vendor throughout the planning process.

CEREMONY REHEARSAL COORDINATION AND WEDDING DAY EXECUTION

PLANNING CHECK-IN MEETING | $250 PER MEETING

  • Goal Setting: A dedicated meeting to establish priorities and goals.

  • Customized To-Do List and Meeting Notes: A summary of notes and personalized action items to help you stay on track.

BUDGET GUIDANCE MEETING | $500

  • Preliminary Budget Breakdown: A meeting to breakdown ideal and current or realistic investments for your venue and vendors.

  • Budget Spreadsheet: An accompanying spreadsheet to help organize and review your budget.

VENUE SEARCH | $1,200–$2,500 depending on the level of venue search support that best suits your needs.

OPTION 1: VENUE SEARCH GUIDANCE | $1,200
A streamlined venue search for couples who want expert guidance while managing venue communications themselves.

  • Venue Discovery: Meeting via Zoom to review your vision, style, budget, and priorities to curate up to four venue recommendations.

  • Venue Contract Review: Meeting via Zoom to discuss of up to two venue contracts, followed by a summary of key findings and considerations.

  • Email Support: Communication with me as needed to help you find the venue that’s right for you.

OPTION 2: VENUE SEARCH WITH SITE VISITS | $2,000
For couples who would like in-person support while touring potential venues.

  • Everything inside our Venue Search Guidance PLUS on-site venue tours where I will join you for up to three venue site visits.

OPTION 3: FULL-SERVICE VENUE SEARCH | $2,500
Our most hands-off, concierge-style venue search experience.

  • Everything inside our Venue Search with Site Visits PLUS venue communication management where I will handle availability checks, quote requests, tour scheduling, and communication with venues on your behalf until your venue is secured.

WEDDING DESIGN | $3,000
